Maysie says:

“Hello everyone,

My name is Maysie Stedman, and I’m the new Active Lifestyle Officer at Cambridge City Council with a dedication to the North-West area.

My role is all about helping people lead healthier, more active lives and making it easier for communities to access opportunities that support their wellbeing. Whether that’s connecting people with local activities, working alongside community groups and partners, or helping create initiatives that encourage people to get moving, I’m passionate about making activity accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

One of the things I enjoy most about my role is meeting people from different communities and understanding what matters to them. No two days are the same, and I love being able to support projects and ideas that can have a positive impact on people’s health, confidence, and overall quality of life.
