Surrounding Developments

  • King’s Court is how we call the development between Lawrence Weaver Road and Whitehouse Lane, and its residents are part of the Darwin Green community.

  • Franklin Gardens is a new development located north-east to the Central Park, sometimes considered as part of Darwin Green (see Barratt’s website).

  • Eddington is a new development at the north-west of Cambridge, on the other side of Huntingdon Road, and managed by the University of Cambridge. It has close links with Darwin Green. For more information, refer to Eddington’s website, or to the site of the Eddington Residents Association.

  • Windsor Road connects to the south-east portion of Darwin Green via the Green Way, and leads to Histon Road. There is a Windsor Road Residents Association.
